She is super friendly and responsive and always had an answer (or subsequently found the right answer) to our countless questions related to real estate. She was a great extra pair of eyes and ears for us and helped us keep track of several important details we might have otherwise missed. She ensured that the various parties involved (lawyer, lender etc.) kept their end of the deal and made sure they stuck to promised deadlines. She made sure we got to closing with time to spare. I cannot express how amazing working with Patricia Baker was through this very difficult house hunting period! As first-time home buyers, we really appreciated how she took every house showing as a chance to educate us on an endless number of things we were oblivious to. Jamie was great to work with, very knowledgeable about the Boston area and able to help us identify a good set of cities in the area to look for the single-family home we wanted to buy. He was also very responsive when setting up tours and helping us understand the details of each property we were interested in. He was also very helpful with putting together the offers we made. He had a good sense of what sellers wanted and helped us identify the ways we could make our offer stand out from others that eventually led to a successful offer on a new home. The Baker Team's office was also very much on top of making sure everyone involved in the buying and closing process had all the information they needed and would send timely reminders when we needed to do different parts of the process.
