In 2014, I started The Baker Team, and I am delighted to have hired two smart, problem-solving and energetic REALTORS® to help me achieve my vision of providing the best possible experience for my clients.
Jamie was great to work with, very knowledgeable about the Boston area and able to help us identify a good set of cities in the area to look for the single family home we wanted to buy. He was also very responsive when setting up tours and helping us understand the details of each property we were interested in. He was also very helpful with putting together the offers we made. He had a good sense of what sellers wanted and helped us identify the ways we could make our offer stand out from others that eventually led to a successful offer on a new home. The Baker Team's office was also very much on top of making sure everyone involved in the buying and closing process had all the information they needed and would send timely reminders when we needed to do different parts of the process.
In an extremely challenging market, and being admittedly challenging clients, Patty was superb in helping us find our new home.
